What is Gourmet

Gourmet is the B2B event addressed to professional practitioners of the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) and Food & Beverage (F&B)sectors. It is organised by GL events, world leader in the industry with experience organising events such as Sirha, Bocuse d’Or and the World Pastry Cup (Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie).

Following the success of the first two editions, Gourmet returns in 2018, from June 10th to 12th, confirming the city of Turin and the Piedmont region as European centre for excellence in topics relating to the world of catering servicesand gastronomy.

In 2018, Gourmet Expoforum 2018 will take on an international dimension, hosting the European selection of Bocuse d'Or, the most prestigious live culinary competition for young talented chefs, and the European Pastry Cup, the continental selection of the World Pastry Cup.
